EPSIIA Leadership Team
Lorri E. Mehaffey
President
Lorri Mehaffey is the president of EPSIIA and directs the companys
overall strategic direction and product development activities. Prior
to joining EPSIIA, Lorri served as Senior Vice President - Client Management,
Fiserv Securities, Inc., and was a member of the Executive Committee
charged with strategic planning and shareholder value.
Previously, Lorri was President of Fiserv Investor Services, Inc.,
a broker dealer in Houston, Texas where she structured new business
and accounting models to better manage for growth and control. She also
led the launch of FISCentral, a proprietary intranet/extranet duo where
employees and clients could search for and maintain information.
Prior to Fiserv Investor Services, Lorri served as President of AEGON
USA Securities, Inc., a broker dealer and registered investment advisor.
Lorri was responsible for several types of clients, including institutional,
independent, dual employee bank programs, insurance agents, registered
investment advisors and money managers.
Lorri is a former member of The NASD District 4 Committee, The NASD
District Business Conduct Committee, and The National Society of Compliance
Professionals. Lorri has completed the Securities Industry Institute
at Wharton and holds Series 7, 63, 24 and 27 securities licenses. She
is also the recipient of the YMCA Tribute to Women of Achievement Award
and the TWCA Outstanding Company Impact Award.
Iser Cukierman
Vice President of Finance, Chief Financial Officer
Iser Cukierman was named EPSIIA Vice President of Finance in May 2007;
after having served as Chief Financial Officer since December 2005.
Before joining EPSIIA, Iser acted as CFO of Strategic Forecasting, a
geopolitical analysis and professional services company. Iser was also
an associate with VirtualCFO, a consulting firm providing strategic
and tactical financial consulting and support services for early-stage
and emerging growth companies. As a financial consultant, he partnered
with management teams at such companies as Techsolve, @hand, Voxpath
Networks and Palisades Developers, to create infrastructure and systems
to support rapid growth.
Mr. Cukierman served as Director of Corporate Finance at Softbank Emerging
Markets, a $200 million international venture capital fund formed to
invest in Internet and telecommunications-related companies in developing
countries. He also has served as Director of Finance and Business Development
at Brand 3, Inc., a "virtual ISP" company, and as Manager
of Mergers and Acquisitions at Ernst & Young. Iser holds a Bachelors
Degree in Business Administration from the University of Texas in Austin
and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Chris Ritchie
VP, Engineering
Chris Ritchie brings over 20 years of high tech leadership and experience
to EPSIIA. Chris became the Vice President of Software Development in
January 2008 and has overall responsibility for the IT, Web Hosting,
Architecture, Software Development and QA groups. Chris is responsible
for the strategic leadership of a diverse team of technical professionals
that rapidly define, develop, and deliver innovative new products and
services for EPSIIA customers.
Previously, Chris served as VP of Software Development at Harte-Hanks, where he was responsible for building consistent best practices in the delivery of CRM solutions across six international Software Development teams. Prior to Harte-Hanks, Chris was in leadership positions in several start-up ventures including The Cobalt Group, an enterprise-class CRM provider to the automotive industry. He also enjoyed a distinguished 15 year career at IBM composed of extensive hardware and software experience in the Product Development and Services arenas. Chris has led change management and provided solutions on an enterprise class architecture platform to a variety of Fortune 500 customers throughout his career.
Chris holds a degree in Computer Science from St. Edwards University, and is involved in the Austin inventor community.
Jose I. Gutierrez
Director of Professional Services and Implementations
Jose Gutierrez was named Director of Professional Services and Implementations
in July 2005. Jose provides leadership and direction for the departments
that consult, design, plan, manage and participate in the deployment
of all new client solutions and significant changes to existing client
solutions. The departments also provide second and third level technical
support where in-depth analysis and research is needed. Jose leads in
the creation of and continuing improvement of processes and procedures
for project management and integrated solutions within Fiserv and with
external clients.
Mr. Gutierrez has over 10 years experience in the electronic document
archival and delivery industry for fortune 1000 clients in a wide array
of vertical markets, including financial services, insurance, health
care, manufacturing and retail. Jose began his career with EPSIIA in
the Technical Support department before moving into the Professional
Services department. He continued to develop as a Professional Services
representative and Project Manager for three and a half years before
becoming the department manager.
Jose has a BBA from the University of Texas at Austin and is a certified
Project Management Professional (PMP). He is also a member of the Fiserv
Project Management Association.
Scott Lambie
Director of Sales
Scott has been with the EPSIIA team since 2001 and is responsible for the company’s overall Sales and Marketing strategy. Scott works with a creative group of professionals to define and execute the company's strategic and tactical growth plans.
Prior to EPSIIA, Scott managed Ebara Corporation’s extensive client portfolio in the Central US. Ebara is a global supplier of capital equipment to the Semiconductor Industry. There he led several initiatives including the staffing and training of Ebara’s Phoenix and Dallas sales team while growing his existing client base. Scott also led an effort that resulted in one of the company’s largest sales transactions in the US. Prior to Ebara, Scott excelled in his sales position with Oce USA, a European manufacturer of high-volume printing, scanning and copying equipment. Scott consistently exceeded his goals and was an established leader in the Central Region.
Scott is a graduate of The University of Texas El Paso with degrees in Spanish and Political Science. He also serves on the board of a local children’s shelter.
